Allowing Peace: Meditation Class

TOPICS: The purpose of this class is to provide the opportunities through meditations and interactive exercises to help remove the barriers to peace and contentment. Participants will reflect and look within themselves to heal, and to seek new ways of thinking while becoming happier and more fulfilled individuals. Various methods, such as inspirational writing, guided, walking, and concentration meditation techniques, will be used to help you on your path of spiritual growth and enlightenment.

Spirit Circle: Spirit Communication Class

TOPICS: This class is designed to develop your abilities to communicate more effectively with your Spirit Guides. The purpose and principles of spirit communication are discussed and reviewed. Exercises and meditations are used to develop your clairvoyance, clairsentience and clairaudience abilities. Some guidelines for spirit communication are shared and how to develop your own personal “spirit code” with your Guides is explored.
